Hiba Fatima

Associate

Hiba is a Southern California native who grew up in Orange County and is a recent graduate of UCLA. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Global Studies with the aim of understanding the transnational dynamics that shape our societies and the complex processes we navigate daily. Currently preparing for the LSAT, Hiba plans to further her education, whether that be in Law School or through a Master's degree in a relevant field. During her gap year, she hopes to travel more and learn to appreciate life in the present moment.

Before joining JCI, Hiba worked in various customer service roles, where she enjoyed connecting with people and hearing their inspiring stories. One of the highlights of her career so far has been making a small but meaningful difference in others' lives, even in brief interactions. She also interned for a crypto law firm specializing in blockchain startups, as well as for the Honorable Judge Kimberly Menninger, a Superior Court judge in Orange County.

At JCI, Hiba is eager to expand her knowledge of sustainability efforts and other initiatives aimed at creating a brighter and safer future for generations to come. Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Hiba enjoys exercising, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors—whether that means people-watching at parks or walking along the beach. She is an avid photographer and a dessert enthusiast. When she’s not in school or at work, Hiba enjoys quality time with her family and friends.
